Refund and Cancellation Poilcy

✅ Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

    • It must be in the original packaging.

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

🔄 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds usually take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

🚚  Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

🔁 Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

📦 Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Product images (if damaged)

  3. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

💵 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your card provider

  • Contact your bank

✅ Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

    • Include your Order ID in the message.

💵 Refund After Cancellation

  • If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds usually reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • Any payment gateway or processing fees may be deducted if applicable.

🚚 If Order Is Already Shipped

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • In such cases, you may refer to our Refund & Return Policy after receiving the product.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • Product out of stock

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment issues or suspected fraud

  • Incomplete customer information

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded with no deductions.
